Shade X is a special program and service available to users of the most current, public release of Shade. The Shade X program allows access to, and licenses for, forthcoming or unreleased versions of Shade after Shade 12.
You must be a current user of Shade - as of this initial release, that version is Shade 12. Then, you order the Shade X upgrade - which automatically will grant you the paid for version that follows Shade 12. If you did not receive an invitation to purchase, you can request one from Mirye Software using the Mirye Account system.
Licenses issued under the Shade X program otherwise follow the same End User License agreements found in that version of Shade. Program participation (including access to the private community site) is covered through all beta versions of the version following Shade 12.
Software is released under the Shade X program which are either pre-release or private versions of the software. You warrant and agree under the laws of the state of Oregon that you will not reveal or discuss outside of the private Shade X program community any of the following information:
Any information that Mirye Software publishes as public information that has previously been published on the Shade X Community may be treated as public information and no longer subject to the restrictions above. Penalties for violating the terms of the Shade X program include immediate termination of your software license and access to the Shade X community, without refund, plus any other applicable damages Mirye Software or E Frontier may want to pursue.
You may create new artwork using Shade X, render and publish it, but may only do so without revealing details of the application used to create it.
