More...With Shade 10.5 or Shade 11 on Windows XP or higher, sometimes PoserFusion is not able to find some or all of your custom Runtime directories.
The Poser interface in Shade 10.5.4 and Shade 11 J always look at Poser 8's LibraryPrefs.xml in /AppData/Roaming/Poser/8.0/ directory, even if the selected executable of Poser is Poser 7 or earlier. This becomes noticeable if there are multiple runtime folders in use. PoserFusion works correctly if there is only a single Runtime folder. The problem occurs because of a component error in PoserFusion.
There is a workaround solution to using multiple runtime directories and Poser 8. If using Windows 7 or Vista, then go to "Users" directory and find "/AppData/Roaming/". Create an empty /Poser/8.0/ directory if it does not already exist. Then copy the "LibraryPrefs.xml" file from Poser 7 to the new "8.0" directory. Restart Shade, and then PoserFusion should locate the multiple Runtimes.
In Windows XP the complete path is:
C:\ Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\Poser\8.0
Note 1: “User” in the above path is the specific user name that you are using on your XP system (e.g. abc, guest user. Mike, Beth etc.).
Note2: Shade 10.54 has likely already put the “Poser\8.0” part of the directory into place and all you have to do is copy the Library-Prefs.xml from “Application Data\Poser 7” to “Application Data\Poser\8.0” in the same tree."
