In some cases, after upgrading to Mac OS X Lion 10.7, some customers found that the demo version of Shade 12 expired prior to the 30 days. Shade 12.0.3 was updated to release number 453079 on July 27. 2011 to correct this issue. If you experienced this problem, please uninstall your demo version of Shade and redownload the latest release.
The Resume feature in Mac OS X 10.7 and its underlying API conflicts with portions of Shade, including the built in Shade resume / restore feature in some versions of Shade.
To avoid this problem, you need to turn off Resume.
From System Preferences select General. Uncheck Restore windows when quitting and re-opening apps.
