The personal and educational LiveCode licenses are for non-commercial use. You may purchase this license if you are an individual or a non-profit organization, but not a corporation. You may not charge a fee or sell applications created with this license, use it within a company or commercial organization or create ad-supported software. You may create applications to give away freely to others, including to any appropriate app store for mobile devices.
Applications created with this license will include a splash screen or watermark.
If you start creating your own free applications but then decide to sell them, it’s easy to upgrade at that point. You may upgrade this license at any time simply by paying the price between it and the appropriate Commercial License.
We reserve the right to refuse a purchase or revoke a license if we believe you are in violation of these conditions.
